Thank you for shopping with Lourdy Market & Take Out. We are proud to serve authentic Haitian food and grocery products to our local community and surrounding Haitian communities.

Please review our shipping and delivery policies below.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Weekend delivery orders must be placed by Friday at 6:00 PM to qualify for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the following weekend.

🏪 Local Pickup (Dothan, Alabama)

  • Pickup is available during business hours.

  • The pickup address will be provided after order confirmation.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or message when the order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation at pickup.

🚚 Weekend Community Delivery

We offer weekend delivery to selected Haitian communities.

Delivery Details:

  • Delivery Days: Saturday & Sunday

  • Pre-order deadline: Friday at 6:00 PM

  • Delivery time window will be communicated after order confirmation.

  • Minimum order may apply.

💲 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the customer’s city and will be shown at checkout.

Examples:

  • Dothan – $5

  • Enterprise – $10

  • Troy – $12

  • Montgomery – $15+

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

🛒 Grocery Product Shipping

At this time, we primarily offer:

  • Local pickup

  • Weekend community delivery

We do not currently offer nationwide shipping for perishable hot meals.

For shelf-stable grocery items, shipping availability may vary. Please contact us for special requests.

❗ Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time:

  • The order may be rescheduled (additional fee may apply).

  • Perishable items may not be eligible for refund.

🥘 Food Safety Policy

Due to the nature of hot food and perishable grocery items:

  • All food sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns on prepared meals or opened grocery products.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
